Yoga Nidra is known as yogi sleep. This is a short 10 minute recording to help guide you through relaxation or you can use it to help you fall asleep. I recommend getting comfortable before starting the recording. Make sure you are warm and comfortable. You might like to lie on your side or on your back with a folded blanket under your knees.
